General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions under which Estelle B. Illustration, as an independent illustrator, offers and sells its products and services. Any order placed implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
a. Order Process: The customer must complete the order form with the required information and accept the proposed rates. Once the order is confirmed, a detailed quote will be provided.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are indicated in the quote and may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
Estelle B. Illustration is committed to meeting these deadlines as much as possible.
In accordance with current regulations, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of confirmation of the order.
All intellectual property rights in works created by Estelle B. Illustration remain the property of the illustrator, unless otherwise agreed.
